The Great American Solar Eclipse of 2017 was a unique event that I had to shoot. I found an amazing location north of Boise, Idaho, the little town (if you can call it that) of Smiths Ferry. There were propably a thousand people there, some of us camped out for days to hold our spot. The weather didn't dissapoint and the eclipse was spectacular. This image represents the entire progression from the early stages through to totality and then back. I think this is an interesting way to show the eclipse and it would look awesome in any home or office.
