Metal prints are created by infusing dyes directly into specially coated aluminum -- images take on an almost magical luminescence. They come ready-to-hang with a 3/4" frame on back and a french cleat. My gallery-quality acrylic prints come printed on FujiFlex Crystal Archival paper, face-mounted to a polished-edge acrylic, with a 1" Roma box frame on the back for a free-floating appearance when hung on your wall. After a spur-of-the-moment three and a half hour drive from Crested Butte to the Aspen area with world-class photographers Nick Selway and Mike Mezeul II, we were greeted with this beautiful scene at Maroon Lake in the early hours of the morning. While it was mostly peaceful and serene, about three hundred other photographers had the same idea...making the shoreline a hive of activity.
